- Bring your weighted backpack (if you want)
- Definitely bring comfy shoes for a light hike
- Bring your swimwear for a plunge in the river afterwards!

- Do I have to be an expert hiker? No
- Do I have to carry a weighted backpack? No, this is optional.
- Do I have to be an experienced cold plunge person? No way, if this is your first time, we are here to guide you through it!
- Do I have to plunge with a group? No, if you prefer a plunge on your own, we can arrange so it's you and one of us trained guides guiding you through the plunge :)
- Is there a cost for this? No, we are doing this to build a community of like minded people. Like you and us!
