Men's group
Our men's group meet twice a month. It is a safe space for men to come together and share what is going on in their lives. It is led by a coach and co-lead by Chris. It is a place for brotherhood and community. A place to share more about your spiritual journey or life in general.
The sessions are held in the Luna y Sol tipi, by the ponds on the lands or the sharing can happen during a hike.

Women's group
Our women's group meet twice a month. A place for women to come together and have conversation over topics only women face. Whether work related, relationships or your spiritual journey, all is ok. It is led by our certified coach Ibeth. It is a place for sisterhood and community.
